We do not offer refunds for cakes and roses that are delivered as ordered. However, in the rare event that your cake is damaged upon delivery, we may consider a refund, depending on the extent of the damage. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged cake, and we will review your case.

Damaged products

If your cake is damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will assess the damage and determine whether a refund is possible.
